Hidden Japanese Restaurant @Crystal Crown Hotel,KL

Sango Japanese Restaurant is located in Crystal Crown Hotel (PJ) and is found at the second floor( on the right). My friend brought me here when i pay my short visit to KL last week. He said the restaurant serve really delicious and fresh salmons which are so much better compare to the other Japanese restaurant. Without hesitation, we walked in and have a try!

                            Egg Plant with miso sauce i guess?  entree before main course!

      Salmon and Unagi ( RM 24 ) - The raw salmon taste very sweet and i could feel the fat just melted in my mouth. woots, so far this is the tastiest salmon i ever taste in KL ! Unagi were damn good too.  

                            Satsuma Butter ( RM4 )- grilled sweet potato served with butter. Nice.

            Eringi ( RM6.50 ) - King Oyster Mushroom 

             Uzura Tamago ( RM 3 ) - Quails eggs.  For Japanese, they believe that quails egg helps in fighting against many diseases like bronchitis or asthma. should eat more maybe?

            Tekka Makki and Tamago ( RM16 ) - roll tuna over rice and my favorite tamago!  

            Koebi Karaage ( RM 12 ) - Deep Fried Baby Shrimp! ermmm i seldom eat this or maybe is my first time? well, this was delicious as well! yum yum...crispy and crunchy.  

            Aspara Maki ( RM7 ) - Asparagus wrapped with beef. Scrumptious. 

          Pregnant Fish! - one of my favorite dish:)

          Sasami Cheese ( RM 6 ) - Chicken fillet with cheese !
          Sasami Mentai Mayo ( RM 5 ) - Chicken fillet with fish roe mayo 

We spent for about RM 130 for the whole meal. Worth it !  next time i shall try their set menu :)

Sushi Zanmai @Farrenheit,Bukit BIntang

We had our lunch later at sushi zanmai ( my favourite japanese restaurant so far )
We ordered just a few dishes because we were still very full.

          Kanimayo maki RM6.80 with crabmeat mayonnaise. very very delicious. 

            Potato Mayo RM4.80  They blend the potato and mix them together with mayonnaise.  The cold potato melting in the mouth with sweetness. Superb salad.  

         Chicken Karaage Don(S)  RM9.80  one of my favourite dish here. Nice~

Hakkaido @Midvalley, KL

Haikkado is located at 3rd floor @ The Gardens Mall.
Besides the restaurant there is a small corner selling hakkaido snacks.
Very unique right?

                Green Tea RM3 ( reasonable )

            Shio Ramen with Short-Neck Clams RM19 

          Ramen noodle with soysauce chicken-bone soup. This dish probably can share among two persons. But i don't recommend this because not very nice. The clams are fresh but the soup was not as sweet as i thought.  

           Chicken Katsu Don RM18

          This fried chicken cutlet on rice is delicious. 

Overall , not bad and worth trying. 
I like the environment.;)

三道Sando Ramen @101 Kuching

I saw a lot of people recommending this new-opening ramen restaurant on the instagram which some of them say it is THE BEST RAMEN IN TOWN !
The shop is located just behind 101 premier which is near Zen Q ;)
As a kuching lang sure must go and try them out!

         Along the way walking up to the first floor,  you will see this japanese-style decorations. Very eye-catching !

                 We are leaded to the VIP room because there were quite a number of us. 

        Chasu Shiro Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen 叉烧白酱油豚骨拉面 RM19.90 . Very delicious. The soup was cooked with pork bone , meat , various ingredients for 12 hours to extract the essence! 

        The portion is for 2 girls i could say. But boy manage to finished this easily.  

         Chashu Mayu Tonkotsu Ramen 叉烧蒜麻油豚骨拉面 RM19.90

         The aroma of garlic smells so good here. Toppings including seaweed , naruto fish cake , spring onions , bamboo shoot. 

          Scallop Fried 炸干贝RM5.90 

          Ten Jyu RM18.90.

         The plate consists of fried sweet potatoes , fried cucumber , and 2 big prawns. The prawns taste sweet and fresh. Best ! 

            KimChi Tonkatsu 泡菜猪排 RN13.90. Okok for me because i personally dont like kimchi. =/

          Salmon Mentai Roll 明太子鲑太卷 RM20.90

         Great and superb dish ever! ( Just that the salmon is kinda thin )

Overall , the food here is very nice and is up to my expectation.

Sanga Japanese Food , Kuching

Sanga again!
Last time i was here for several times before i start my food blogging page and this time i came here to try their set meal instead of sushi !
Well , their set meal was kinda delicious when we flipped through the menu so at last , these are what we had.

                              Gyu Don  RM14

          Gyu Don consists of beef slices , eggs and some vegetables. They also served you mi so soup as well as small plates of fruits as appetizer.  Not bad.

          Salmon Don  RM 14

          Well , the salmon don not very nice, The rice was too dry . I couldn't finished this at last. =/

          Chicken Teriyaki Noodles RM16

I actually more prefer their sushi instead of Donburi and Ramen sets.
Overall , sushi better than the rest. =)
