BIG SPOON@Time Square,KL

Coincidentally passed by this restaurant when we were having window shopping at Time Square. The things that attracted us is that there's no chair in this small dining place.
The owner of the shop is kinda friendly and welcomed us to try out the menu here. Since we were quite hungry that time , we decided to 'stand' and give it a go.

Not much choices on the menu.

People are standing and enjoy the food. LOLs

Chicken Cold Noodle RM1.90 - Everything here is serve by using a big spoon. The noodle taste better with the red chilies sauce. My friend love the green sauce which i dont like it and i seriously dont know what is the green sauce.

Dumpling in House Special Sauce RM 3.90. The dumplings are good. just too few. HAHA

Owner claimed that this is origin from China but i think this is exactly like roti canai...oops ..

Service : Owner is very approachable and lovely
Overall : Not bad. but i think they should really increase the choices on the menu and serve a larger portion ?

Island Cafe 吹吹水@SS2, KL

Time to unwind after exam !
Since ss2 is not far from our campus , so we decided to find a restaurant  which we have never tried before.
We had girls "chit-chat session'' while having our lunch and i enjoyed the moment very much =)

Thousand Island Sauce with Seafood Rice RM11.90 -  I like the sauce which taste like salads and its very appetizing ! They use honeydew cubes as a side dressing. One of my favourite dish thou =)

Butter Sauce Rice  RM9.90 - Their butter creamy sauce was divine. But the worst thing is the fried chicken were too hard. ( maybe overcooked or what =/ ) I personally do not enjoy it.

Shanghai Salted Vegetable@Dumpling Sou  RM10.90 The soup is a combination of seafood and a little bit of wine. Very special right ? The dumplings was very delicious. Not bad oh.

BBQ Prawn Duck egg Fried Bee Hun  RM13.90 -  The fried bee hun was very nice with the sambal. Sambal is kinda spicy which is my favourite! XD

The price is very reasonable and none of us finished up our dish.
( imagine how big is the portion ==" )
But the price of the drinks are very expensive which i think is quite unreasonable.=/

The Local @Jaya One,KL

The Local is a restaurant located at Jaya One.
After class , me and my course mates decided to try this for lunch.
For your information , we bought the voucher at Groupon as they are giving discount where if u purchase voucher of RM15 they would let u enjoy any dish up to RM30 , which we think is very worth =)

Wanton Mee ( RM10.50 ) - Their wanton mee just taste normal. =/

Fried Rice with Sweet Sour Fish ( RM16.90 ) -  I ordered this and i was very surprised of the portion as it was really ' big ' . The fried fish was very crispy and crunchy with smooth fish flesh inside. The tomato sauce is very sweet and flavorful. As a person who doesn't really like fish , i do like this dish as there is no fishy taste !! =)

Fried Rice with Chicken Chop ( RM16.90 ) - Similarly , this dish is very large in portion! They generously served kinda big pieces of fried chicken with sweet tomato sauce. The fried chicken was very tasty and juicy !  I like it very much thou =)

                                                                      With Loves <3
