4D3N Krabi Trip - DAY 2 Part 1

2nd Adventure - One day tour in Phi Phi Islands 

We woke up around 7 am to get ready before the tour guide arrived.
Today would be another exciting adventure waiting for us! woots damn happy la...
Once we reached Aonang Beach , our tour guide brief us on the locations which we would be going today. So according to him, we would be going for 7 Islands hoping by using speed boat ! Can't wait for it;)

                        Our handsome tour guide who has very fluent English.Super friendly too. Well, we are following ( Sun-San Travel and Tour ) for this trip.  

1st Island - Maya Bay 

The sun is scorching hot... but full of tourists !
We were given one hour to explore the place. During our visit, we were not allow to swim in the sea because there are lots of jelly fish which can cause itchiness if you accidentally in contact with them. So we just sit on the beach and enjoy such a wonderful scenery.

                          According to tour guide, this island has one of the finest sands in the world. wow!

                          The sea shells are very unique and nice! but I was forbidden to bring them home... too bad... Never mind! I had took photo upon my remembrance of you (seashells);)

2nd Island - Monkey Bay

Yeah ! Its time for snorkeling ! This is the first time i try snorkeling thou.
I was kinda scare at first, but the tour guide and my friends gave me lots of courage to do it.
So i successfully overcome the fear and kinda in love with this activity ;)
Well..............I don't know if the fish all ran away or what, but i just saw one type of fish after being for so long in the sea...=.=''
but it was a great experience for sure!

                       Each of us is provided with life jacket and snorkel. They would assist you on how to wear snorkel so need not to worry.

3rd Island - Bamboo Island

We were asked to stay on the boat because this island is only for sight-seeing.
According to the tour guide, this bamboo island signifying the importance of bamboo( Mai Pai) in Thailand. 
Bamboo stems are widely used in construction work all over this country. 
For Thai people, they can build a whole house along with all the furniture and tools.

        Look incredibly beautiful right? Tour guide  mention that there are bird nests inside the cave as well. We stopped there for few minutes for photo-taking before carry on to the next island.

4th Island - Phi Phi Don

It was nearly 12 pm and we were going to have our lunch in Phi Phi Don!
We stopped by for about 1 hour here to take a rest and filled up our stomach =)

                       Blurrr pic... we were too hungry until we forgot to take photo here. Well the food is quite nice. Buffet style. Tom yam soup and spaghetti quite delicious. Yummmm...

5th Island - Pileh Bay

Pileh Bay is a beautiful lagoon in Phi Phi.
We stopped by for another 1 hour to enjoy sun bathing and swimming !
I think this is the most beautiful island among all.

      Seems like every angle you take will turn out to become a magnificent scenery picture of this island.

6th Island - Monkey Bay 

This is another sight-seeing island which is full of wild monkeys over there.
According to tour guide, the monkeys seldom come in contact with human so they would be more aggressive and dangerous. Therefore, we could only take photo on the boat.

       Errrrr...maybe too far already so couldn't see the monkeys. In fact, there are lots of monkeys on the beach. No joke. 

7th Island - Lohsamah Bay 

The last island of the day! Well, this island tour is also for sight-seeing!
But the view is so so so incredibly awesome.
Look at the pictures and you will know!

Its nearly 4pm ! and we finally finished our Islands Hoping !
Although we got sunburn but its worth for everything that we had been through today.:)
Gonna go back to Aonang Beach and think of what we can do tonight...hmmmm~~

4D3N Krabi Trip 2016 - DAY 1

Krabiii!!!!!! Here i come!
I went Krabi for a short escape with my two beloved sisters few days ago. This was the third time we would be traveling together, feeling super excited thou. ;)
The flight ticket we bought to krabi was around RM 240 (Airasia) which we consider very cheap.
Our flight from KL to Krabi was very early so we decided to stay in Capsule Hotel, KLIA2.

                         The bed is so comfortable! They do provide towel and tooth brush as well. Well , the only thing that isn't good about this hotel is kinda noisy.... hmmm.. as people check in and check out during midnight hour. The price was RM 75 for 6 hours stay. I only slept for 1-2 hours i guess? haha...must be too excited already. 

We reached Krabi International Airport after 1 hour and 15 minutes around 9 in the morning. Once we touched down, we went to taxi service center for transportation to Ananta Burin Resort.The price for our 4D3N stay in the resort was around RM 435.

                        We chose the most valuable data plan which cost around 100 Baht for unlimited internet usage with free calls! but only available for 7 days which i think is more than enough for us. 

                              The ride from airport to Ananta Burin Resort was about 45 minutes.  

                               Yay! finally can check in our hotel after long journey :)

             The bed is really big, Can fit in 3 persons comfortably.  

     

                               The view outside our balcony. hmmm... normal. After the trip, i would conclude that, this hotel has rude check-in staff =.=. No more staying here next time...zzz

        After checked in, we walked to the Aonang beach area to find some food! :) The weather was so hot.....and we were soo hungryyy...

                           Along the beach ! So hot until I can feel my skin gonna peel off.  

We walked to Aonang Boat Noodles to have our lunch which takes about half an hour from our hotel. We were so regret that we didn't use tut tut car instead. zzz
By the way, this restaurant has good reviews so we decided to give it a go no matter what ;)

          Coconut Milk Shake!  drinks that you must order in Thailand. Slurppp... 

   

         Fried Pineapple Rice ( 80 Baht ) - signature Thailand dish that must order when you are here. 

        Pad Thai ( 60 Baht ) - Fried noodle with shrimp. hmmm... normal only.. 

         Tom Yam Spicy Sour Soup ( 150 Baht ) - really spicy! sweat a lot after having this dish... haha.. but not bad. 

         Kaeng Kaes Wan ( 150 Baht ) - Green Curry spicy coconut milk 

         Fried Squid with salted egg ( 150 Baht ) - yummm.... 

             Overall meal cost around 750 Baht which i think is reasonable. definitely a recommended restaurant to try in Krabi ! First meal settled !

After that , we decided to go back hotel and take a bath before going for kayaking which was the first adventure of the day.

Ist Adventure - Krabi Kayak Tour at Ao Thalane.

Ao Thalane is one of the most beautiful mangrove forests in the whole of Thailand.
Once we reached there, the tour guide gave us basic briefing on the correct way to do kayak by using paddle and of course life jackets are provided. After that, we are off to the mangrove forests! woots ! damn excited ;)

         We could hardly selfie during kayaking as the little boat is not stable.  The tour guide allow us to selfie after pleasing him to stop for a while. The tour was not too energetic as we were cruising on a flat calm water. 

                                          We took some photos when we reached the turning point.  

               After 1 hour of kayaking,  the tour guide served us with coconuts and fruits. feel so refreshing ! tired but fun :)

After kayaking , we went back to hotel and took a short nap.
Then we went HillTop for dinner!
Hilltop restaurant was just few minutes distance from our hotel, they do provide free shuttle bus. But make sure you book earlier as the restaurant is always fully booked.

          Facing the sunset view while having dinner is the greatest feeling ever. Such a romantic place. 

           Beautiful scenery from Hilltop

             Fried Soft Crab ( 390 Baht ) - the portion was kinda small and taste normal. hmmmm 

          Pineapple Fried Rice ( 490 Baht ) - Large. YUmmmmm... this was really good.   

          Kinda forget what is this called. but very similar to what we eat in Malaysia which is called ' Mani cai '?

                           Tom Yam Goong ( 220 Baht ) -  Spicy lemongrass with shrimp soup. This is really awesome. For spicy lover , definitely would be a great dish. 

           Mango Stick Rice ( 180 Baht ) - not bad.

          Its getting darker and darker....

After this, we used the free shuttle bus from Hilltop to go back to town area of Aonang.
Well, its time for massage! we spent around 250Baht for Foot Massage which was so relaxing.Kinda forget which massage shop we went in already. =p
We walked back to hotel after the foot massage and first day in Krabi had come to an end. Ready for tomorrow!
